We have teamed up with Play it again sport who recycle unwanted sports gear and equipment.
If you have any items at home that you would like to donate , please can they be brought into school.
Thanks for all your support !
Dear Parent/Carer,
Swimming lessons will begin on the Friday 15th October.
Lessons are delivered by qualified swimming instructors at Ystrad Sports centre and pupils will be transported both ways on a bus promptly at 9am. Please ensure your child arrives on time before the bus departs.
Children will need to bring a towel, bathers/costume and goggles. (Bathers should be worn under uniform) Please can all clothing be labelled as this will help with mix ups.
As a little home task we are asking parents to help their child practice changing at home to help cut down the changing times when we arrive at the pool.
Thanks for your support

Dear Parent/Carer,
Individual Music Lessons
Pontrhondda Primary are pleased to offer music tuition in guitar. Piano and singing. Lessons are available to pupils from Year 4 upwards and cost £10 per half term for a 15-minute weekly lesson. Fees for the half term are payable in advance. Pupils are required to provide their own guitars and we may be able to source keyboards for practicing in school for those interested in learning piano. Unfortunately, spaces are limited and depending on demand, we may have to rotate lessons on a termly basis. If you are interested in taking up these lessons, please contact the school via email or telephone ASAP as lessons begin next Tuesday.
Yours faithfully,
Mrs Alyson James
Headteacher
