Omegle.com Safeguarding Concerns
Thu 05 Oct 2023It has come to the attention of the Local Authority that there are significant safeguarding concerns in respect of the Omegle.com website/app due to its harmful sexual content and access to personal data including locations. Children, young people and their parents/carers are advised to delete this app.
If a child/young person has been a victim of online harm/exploitation then they should report this to 101 and where required appropriate safeguarding referrals should be made. If it is believed a child is at immediate risk then emergency services should be contacted by ringing 999.

Pontrhondda Primary school is teaming up with Rhondda Foodbank and Hope Church Tonypandy this year to give back to the community.
Food banks are crucial to lots of families in times of need.
We are asking for donations from the list of shortages on the poster or any spare tinned goods you may have at home.
