School Dinners Project Opt Out Form
Dear Parents/Carers, Pontrhondda Primary School has been selected to take part in the ‘RISE’ Study about free school meals. This research study looks at how to improve school food in Welsh primary schools. Researchers will be observing a school lunchtime period, and your child may be asked to have their school meal or packed lunch photographed. No name will be attached to these photographs and if your child’s lunch is selected, they will receive a £10 voucher. Photographs will not contain your child or anyone else in the school. If your child is in years 3 to 6, they will be invited to complete a food-focussed survey about what they eat at home and in school, answers to this survey will be anonymised.
